Who we are

Matadero Muñoz Muñoz is a family business located in the province of Toledo, Spain, which has been devoted for three generations to rearing, selecting, and processing mutton with an intense taste.

The company is located in west central Spain which is where the largest herds of sheep in Europe are traditionally concentrated. The existence of these herds has given rise to the development of an industrial fabric with a multitude of companies related to the sector such as cured cheese factories, wool processing companies, and meat companies.
